A WORD ABOUT OUR NEW FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION

All of our frames are made with .065 heavy gauge aluminum tubing. All welds are full circumference and the frames are sandblasted to provide the best adhesion for our electrostatic powder coating process. After the powder coat application, the frames are then baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes resulting in a high luster durable finish.

For our finish work, we utilize 100% pure virgin vinyl. The vinyl is treated with mildew inhibitors and ultraviolet stabilizers to minimize fading and weathering. All of our straps are double wrapped and are anchored to the frame with solid nylon rivets to prevent the straps from coming off.

We offer a wide variety of sling fabrics made from vinyl-coated polyester, p.V.C. Olefin and premium 100 percent solution-dyed woven acrylic. Everything we use is for outdoor usage. For umbrella covers and cushions we offer sunbrella, outdura and textalene fabrics.

WARRANTY SPECIFICATIONS

FRAMES: Outdoor Furniture Connection warranties its frames to the original buyers for 10 years against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This is a limited warranty. Refinish work is warranted for a period of 1 year on our work only. No warranty on rust re-occurring.

FINISH: Guaranteed for three (3) years against cracking, peeling, or blistering. Not covered is damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaners, bleach, or other harmful chemicals. Natural fading and wear and tear from normal usage is expected and is not covered. This is a limited warranty.

VINYL STRAPS: Guaranteed for three (2) years against breakage or rivets pulling out. Not covered are damage resulting from suntan lotions, bleach or other solvents or strong chemicals, or the natural fading and normal wear and tear. This is a limited warranty.

SLINGS, CUSHIONS, & UMBRELLAS: Guaranteed for one (1) year against ripping, tearing, or manufacturing defects. Discoloration/fading is not covered. This is a limited warranty.

TABLE TOPS/OTHER ACCESSORIES: Guaranteed for one (1) year from defects. This is a limited warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Outdoor Furniture Connection reserves the right to declare warranty null and void if the furniture:
Is damaged by any acts of nature
Has contact with harsh chemicals or solutions
Is broken due to abuse
Has unauthorized repairs
Has contact with sulfur water or self-tanning suntan lotion or oils
Has normal wear & tear.

There is no warranty on the furniture if it has scratches, abductions of furniture finish and vinyl, or any color changes in the vinyl or paint is not properly maintained by the owner.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE

Purchasing new aluminum patio furniture is a big investment and you will want to keep it looking good and safe for as long as possible. This can be done by following an easy regular maintenance schedule.
